Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains how SplitUp, LLC (“SplitUp,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles refund requests for purchases made through the SplitUp mobile application (“App”) and website (“Site”).

All users are encouraged to review this policy before purchasing any subscription or premium content.

2. Purchases Through Apple App Store and Google Play

SplitUp does not directly process payments or store your billing information.

All purchases, including subscriptions and in-app content, are securely handled by Apple App Store and Google Play.

 

Because transactions occur through these third-party platforms, refunds must be requested directly through the store where your purchase was made.

 

For Apple App Store Purchases

If you purchased through an iPhone, iPad, or Mac device:

If you purchased through an Android device:

  • Open Google Play’s Order History

  • Select the SplitUp purchase

  • Choose “Request a Refund” or “Report a Problem”

  • Follow the on-screen instructions

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your SplitUp subscription at any time by managing your subscription settings in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

You will not be charged for the next cycle unless you renew your subscription.

 

SplitUp does not issue prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

 

4. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Refunds are not available for promotional pricing or time-limited discounts unless required by applicable law or store policy.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in rare circumstances, such as duplicate purchases or confirmed technical issues preventing access to paid content.

We will review your request and guide you to the appropriate App Store or Play Store process.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved by Apple or Google, it may take up to 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
